Julia Lehle is a passionate educator and certified Registered Dietitian who empowers individuals to be ethical and knowledgeable in their professional position. As a Child Nutrition Specialist at Region 13, ESC in Austin, Texas, Julia has years of experience on the operational and compliance side of the federal child nutrition programs. While working in school districts, Julia was able to train and support cafeteria managers so they would have the skills necessary to run effective and compliant child nutrition programs. She also has experience in implementing and executing educational programs and promotional events to teach students about being healthy in order to meet her district’s Local Wellness Policy. Now at Region 13, Julia is able to share her knowledge with other school districts located throughout the great state of Texas to ensure a clear understanding of the federal regulations and maintenance of a successful food service operation!
